On the afternoon of 27 October 2023, the R7 Men's and R8 Women's 50m Rifle 3P SH1 Finals of Shooting were held at Fuyang Yinhu Sports Centre in Hangzhou, east China's Zhejiang Province.

In the R7 Men's 50m Rifle 3P SH1, United Arab Emirates's Abdulla Sultan Hamad Alaryani grabbed the gold medal, while China's Dong Chao and Republic of Korea's Lee Jangho won silver and bronze respectively.
