On March 18-19, the Volunteers Department of Hangzhou Asian Games Organising Committee set up the general training class to provide the training courses for the pre-recruited volunteers from social representative groups of Hangzhou Asian Games and Asian Para Games.

The general training courses include service quality courses and Asian Games comprehensive knowledge courses. This training class mainly involves eight service quality courses, and combines theoretical teaching with practical training to teach the volunteer service concept of the event, job requirements, service discipline, etiquette standard, emergency management, knowledge and skills for helping the impaired, first aid, etc.

At the next stage, the volunteers will continue to further improve their service skills through training courses, test events, pre-competition drill etc., and to commit themselves to the successful hosting of Hangzhou Asian Games and Asian Para Games.
