In order to welcome the Hangzhou Asian Games, Binjiang district of Hangzhou has been improving the landscapes along the main road to Olympic Sports Center, including the areas of Xixing interchange roundabout and Feihong Road.

The Xixing roundabout covers an area of about 2,300 sq meters. The design takes the form of Qiantang River waves and some colors from the logo of Hangzhou Asian Games.

Clusters of different kinds of flowers, such as hardy begonia, cat's ear, foxglove, African marigold and rock daisy begonia, form a unique wave-shaped flower sea with distinct layers.
