On May 16, Hangzhou Metro Group officially launched Asian Games trains, including one Asian Games customized train and four Asian Games-themed trains.

The customized train runs on Line 19. The train body, as well as the seats and handles in the carriages, are painted Rainbow Purple from the Asian Games colour system. Core elements, such as the Hangzhou Asian Games slogan and emblem, are drawn inside and outside the train body.

The other four Asian Games-themed trains will run on Lines 1, 2, 4, and 5 with the heaviest passenger traffic.

The operating Asian Games trains will be a spectacle in Hangzhou City, the host of the 19th Asian Games.
