Recently, as one of co-host cities of Hangzhou Asian Games, Wenzhou sent the invitation of international children's painting competition with the theme of "Welcoming Asain Games, Drawing Dragon Boats" to the youth at home and abroad.

The relevant person in charge of Wenzhou Culture & Art Research Institute said: "The competition aims to build consensus with common cultural elements, boost exchanges and mutual learning, deepen children's understanding and experience of excellent traditional culture, and inherit & carry forward the national spirit of 'Working Together & Striving for the First', so that the theme of 'Watching Dragon Boats in Wenzhou' is deeply rooted in the heart of people and is spread all over the world."

The solicitation activity is oriented to the domestic and overseas children aged 4-16. The deadline is April 26, 2023. After being reviewed by experts, the outstanding works that are collected will be on display at Wenzhou Art Museum and Wenzhou Dragon Boat Centre.
