Anyone who can recite an excerpt of some classic literary work will be allowed to enter for free – a new policy to invite travelers to come to Tonglu county, "a land full of poems and pictures", was unveiled at Yan Ziling Angling Terrace. It was a part of the county's "Have Fun in Tonglu" initiative. 

Chen Chen, head of marketing in Tonglu Cultural Tourism Investment Group, said the event was to "invite people fond of traditional culture and natural landscapes to read and recite literary masterpieces." According to him, any traveler who can recite the full text of A Letter to Zhu Yuansi, Record of Yan's Ancestral Hall or A letter to Yan Ziling at Yan Ziling Angling Terrace will be given tickets (for one year) of Tonglu's top-rate places of interests, including the Angling Terrace, Yaolin Wonderlands, Daqishan National Forest Park and Tianmu River Rafting. It'll become a regular policy after Sept. 1 that anyone capable to do this will be allowed to enter Yan Ziling Angling Terrace for free. 

"The clouds and mountains are boundless, while the river is so long; Yan himself has still been extoled for many years, with our highest respect he won." "The mist was cleared, leaving the sky and nature in the same hue. I drifted on a boat with the currents, with its prow now to the left, now to the right. The river extending from Fuyang to Tonglu has marvelous scenes, next to none." The opening ceremony saw the presence of Ding Jianhua, Wang Ruoli and Peng Yuanfang at the Zuiting Pavilion, reciting such beautiful lines about Tonglu's natural views. 

The local authority also issued an honorary job certificate to dubbing speakers and actresses Wang Ruoli and Ding Jianhua as the Marketing Ambassador of Tonglu Cultural Tourism Investment Group. Meanwhile, the Group signed an agreement with the Department of Broadcasting & Hosting of Zhejiang University of Technology, specifying diverse cooperation in the fields of classes, research, and production and broadcasting of media program, etc. 

Tonglu put both culture and tourism first and has been striving to drive them on an integral track. Leveraging its unspoiled ecology and cultural legacies, the authority has created new business models and worked hard on the branding of "Picturesque Sights of Tonglu". The county is embracing a good future.
