Recently, Hangzhou has rolled out many policies related to automobiles to improve air quality.

On the one hand, implement the subsidy policy for elimination of national IV-grade diesel vehicles, and encourage enterprises and vehicle owners to get rid of old diesel vehicles in advance. The pollutants generated by such vehicles significantly contribute to PM2.5 in the air, so it is necessary to accelerate the elimination of such vehicles. 

On the other hand, carry out the financial subsidy policy for new energy trucks. The vehicle owners can obtain the points through the green points platform, and apply for governmental financial subsidies based on green points.

In addition, Hangzhou also implements the policies on differentiated traffic-related rights of new energy trucks. The lightweight (blue-label) trucks are allowed to conduct night traffic. The lightweight and below new energy trucks with Zhejiang A license plates can be driven during the off-peak hours every day, with no need to handle the traffic permit. These policies provide more concessions and conveniences for new energy trucks.
