On 27 October 2023, the Men's Shot Put F33 Final of Athletics of the 4th Asian Para Games was held at Huanglong Sports Centre Stadium in Hangzhou, east China's Zhejiang Province. China secured gold and bronze medals.

Cai Bingchen of China took the gold medal, Hani Hussain M Alnakhli of Saudi Arabia won the silver, and Liu Li of China clinched the bronze.
