The Men's Individual competitions of Boccia were held at Hangzhou Gymnasium in Gongshu District on 25 October 2023. Thailand bagged three golds in BC1, BC3 and BC4.

Witsanu Huadpradit of Thailand competes in the Men's Individual BC1 Final of Boccia at the 4th Asian Para Games, 25 October 2023.

In BC1, Thailand's Witsanu Huadpradit clinched the gold medal by 7-1 against Republic of Korea's Kim Dohyun, and Indonesia's Muhamad Afrizal Syafa won the bronze.

Felix Ardi Yudha of Indonesia competes in the Men's Individual BC2 Final.

In BC2, Indonesia's Felix Ardi Yudha defeated Malaysia's Lee Chee Hoong by 5-3, grabbing the gold, and the bronze went to  Republic of Korea's Lee Chung Ho.

Akkadej Choochuenklin (R) of Thailand competes in the Men's Individual BC3 Final.

In BC3, Akkadej Choochuenklin and his ramp operator S. Jaroensuk won the title by 7-1 when facing Republic of Korea's Jeong Howon and his ramp operator Kim Seungkyum. Masayuki Arita from Japan and his ramp operator Arita Chiho clinched the bronze.

Pornchok Larpyen of Thailand competes in the Men's Individual BC4 Final.

In BC4, Thailand's Pornchok Larpyen won the gold, while Zheng Yuansen of China, and Leung Yuk Wing of Hong Kong, China harvested silver and bronze respectively.
