The Women's K44 -57kg and -65kg of Taekwondo of the 4th Asian Para Games were held at Xiaoshan Guali Sports Centre in Hangzhou on 24 October 2023.

In the Women's K44 -57kg, Islamic Republic of Iran's Roza Ebrahimi defeated Kazakhstan's Kamilya Dosmalova to win the gold medal, and China's Li Yujie and Nepal's Palesha Goverdhan got the bronzes.
