"Failure is normal and gives you the opportunity to stand on the stage next time," said Tang Xuemei, a Chinese female sitting volleyball team member and a Qingchuan native. Daring to win and not being afraid to lose is the charm of sports.

Sitting volleyball is for people with lower limb impairments, and the training is very intense. In 15 years of hard training, Tang Xuemei has made many remarkable achievements, such as the gold medal at London 2012 Paralympic Games and the "best chief spiker" in the women's sitting volleyball at Tokyo 2020 Paralympic Games.

Currently, Tang Xuemei and other members of the national team are undergoing intense closed training for Hangzhou Asian Para Games. The 4th Asian Para Games Hangzhou 2022 will be held from October 22 to 28 this year, and Tang Xuemei will take part in the women's sitting volleyball event with her teammates.
