On May 8, the launching ceremony of the "On-site Learning Themed 'Following the Footsteps'" youth learning activity and the "Double Eight Strategy Around Us" thematic event, sponsored by the Hangzhou City Committee of the Communist Youth League and the Hangzhou Youth Federation, took place. Hangzhou's disabled weightlifter, Tan Yujiao, was honored with the title of "Most Beautiful Hangzhou Person - Youth Talent".

As of now, Tan Yujiao is a Paralympic weightlifting Grand Slam champion, holding the world record for the women's 67kg competition. She has previously claimed gold medals in the women's 67kg competition at the Tokyo 2020 Paralympics, shattered the world record and secured gold in the same competition at the Rio 2016 Paralympics, and emerged victorious while breaking the world record at the 18th Asian Para Games Jakarta.
