HANGZHOU -- The Republic of Korea and Chinese Taipei swept all six medals in the 1000m Sprint finals at Qiantang Roller Sports Centre on Sunday.

In the Women's 1000m Sprint, Li Meng-Chu and Liu Yi-Hsuan achieved a one-two for Chinese Taipei, with Republic of Korea's Lee Yerim and Park Minjeong trailing in third and fourth places respectively.

Roles were reversed in the Men's 1000m Sprint, when Choi Gwangho and Jung Cheolwon took gold and silver for the Republic of Korea, while Chinese Taipei's Chao Tsu-Cheng had to settle for bronze.

Skaters are in competition in the Men's Speed Skating 1000m Sprint Tournament Final of Roller Skating at the 19th Asian Games, 1 October 2023.
