HANGZHOU—Marathon Final of Hangzhou Asian Games was held alongside the Qiantang River Green Belt on 5 October 2023. 

Eunice Chebichii Paul Chumba of Bahrain took the gold in the Women's Marathon Final, Zhang Deshun of China won the silver, and Trofimova Sardana of Kyrgyzstan the bronze.

In the Men's Marathon final, He Jie and Yang Shaohui of China took the gold and bronze respectively, and DPR Korea's Han Ilryong claimed the silver.
