The official onsite ticket purchasing channels include the 19th Asian Games competition venue ticket box offices and official ticketing service outlets (e.g. the sales outlets of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China), which are available in the host city of Hangzhou and co-host cities of Ningbo, Wenzhou, Jinhua, Shaoxing, and Huzhou.

The official ticketing website for the public, Smart Hangzhou 2022· Tickets, the 19th Asian Games competition venue ticket box offices and official ticketing service outlets are all the official ticket purchasing channels of the Hangzhou Asian Games sports events. Available tickets are shared online and onsite.

Please pay attention to notices of the ticket box offices and the official ticketing website in case some ticket box offices may close temporarily due to the venues' needs for event organisation.

To avoid losses, please buy tickets from the designated official channels mentioned above. Individuals who obtain Hangzhou Asian Games tickets from non-official channels shall be personally responsible for consequences and incurred losses.
