Chinese women's volleyball team prepares for Hangzhou Asian Games

Following their second-place victory in the 2023 FIVB Women's Volleyball Nations League, the Chinese women's national volleyball team returned to Beilun District, Ningbo, in mid-July for rigorous training, with sights set on securing their spot at the 2024 Paris Olympics qualifiers and excelling at the Hangzhou Asian Games.

While diligently improving their techniques, the China women's volleyball team is also seizing every second to prepare through a thorough review and analysis of each match and every play from the 2023 FIVB Women's Volleyball Nations League. This focused preparation aims to achieve outstanding performance and pave the way for further achievements in upcoming competitions.

Head coach Cai Bin pointed out that due to the team's primary opponents being European and American teams in the Paris Olympics qualifiers, and competitive Asian teams like Japan, Thailand, and the Republic of Korea in the Hangzhou Asian Games, the team will face different challenges. Given that, the Chinese women's national volleyball team will tailor their training based on the distinct styles of opponents from Europe, America, and various Asian regions.
