On June 20, "Exciting Hangzhou" China (Hangzhou) International Badminton Challenge kicked off at Binjiang Gymnasium, attracting 186 athletes from 17 countries and regions, such as China, USA, Thailand and Malaysia. They will compete for five champions during the six-day competition.

This event belongs to BWF International Event (Category 3). The young players from different countries and regions can take this opportunity to improve their competition skills and obtain the world ranking points.

Binjiang Gymnasium is a venue for holding the badminton event of Hangzhou Asian Games. The lighting and other facilities of the venue have been praised by Chinese and foreign athletes.

Jin Zhengchai from Malaysia said, "This is the most satisfying lighting condition that I have experienced since I attended the event. I really enjoy the competition. Hangzhou is a city full of charm, rich in delicious food. I like waxberries best."
