China Hangzhou Esports Centre is the first professional esports venue of Asian Games standards in China.

When you walk into China Hangzhou Esports Centre, you will see the 202-square-metre multi-screen jumbotron, consisting of 4 large screens and 4 corner ones, which can be raised up to 22 metres above the ground for spectators from all directions to watch the game.

With the 8-screen funnel-shaped jumbotron, 6 end screens and the ring screen, the total area of 15 displays is nearly 567 square metres. In addition, two high-definition holographic projectors could present a vertically 180°and circumferentially 360° visual feast.

Meanwhile, an immersive experience is created with six groups of line array speakers above the jumbotron and four monitor speakers below the jumbotron, together with UHPC panels and GRG perforated panels with sound absorption effect on the inner walls of the venue.

The venue also has 192 360°-rotation lift-able stage lights and multi-point spotlights to create a dazzling atmosphere.

The entire venue has one underground level and three above-ground levels, with a total floor area of 80,000 square metres.

The competition hall is located in the centre of the venue, with about 5,000 seats. The underground level is divided into functional areas for judges, coaches, athletes, press and media, as well as equipment, and is connected to the sunken courtyard and the square.

The Digital Intelligence Cockpit is in the command hall of the esports centre. During the Asian Games, the cockpit will operate in the race-time mode. One push of the button could enable the flow analysis of vehicles, admissions, ticketing and other data, or early warnings thereof if necessary, and timely activates all kinds of emergency plans to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the events.
