Qiantang Roller Sports Centre is the competition venue and training venue for roller skating and skateboarding events of Hangzhou Asian Games. According to the characteristics of roller skating, the venue adopts the long-span steel structure roof, with racing tracks and artistic skating tracks that meet the latest technology standards of the World Skate, regarded as the highest-level indoor roller skating competition venue in Asia at present.

Since the completion of construction, the venue has won many awards for high-quality projects, such as West Lake Cup Award for Hangzhou Construction Projects (High-quality Projects), Second Prize of the Meritorious Service Competition for the Construction of the Asian Games Venues, Civilization & Warmth Award for the "Top 10 Venues" of Hangzhou Asian Games and Asian Para Games (2021), Recommendation Prize of "China Steel Structure Gold Award", and Zhejiang Qianjiang Cup Award for Construction Projects (High-quality Projects).
