"Intelligence" is one of the concepts of Hangzhou Asian Games. As the largest non-competition venue of Hangzhou Asian Games, the Asian Games Village will provide all kinds of people with many Smart Asian Games services to hold, attend and watch the event.

In September last year, the Asian Games Village Operation Team entered the Asian Games Village. "Cloud Asian Games Village" Project (Phase I) was synchronously delivered. Smart Asian Games Village was unveiled.

"Cloud Asian Games Village" was jointly built by the Asian Games Village Operation Team and Alibaba as the official partner of Hangzhou Asian Games, and set up one smart command platform, one digital & intelligent management tool, and one cloud life community.

In terms of management, the management personnel can rely on the smart command platform to comprehensively grasp the management data of the Asian Games Village in a real-time manner, so as to achieve the high-efficiency and intelligent scheduling of the people, vehicles, services and other resources in the village. Their daily management depends on the office function of "Asian Games Ding" to solve the problem on the "people, affairs and venues" of the Asian Games Village online.

Cloud Life Community refers to the Asian Games Village One Code Pass for "villagers", integrates the catering, transport, commerce and other services of the Asian Games Village, and forms the handheld integrated service hall of the Asian Games Village. In other words, after various people enter the Asian Games Village, they can use the mobile phone to arrange the food, accommodation and featured services in the village.

In addition, a series of intelligent scene applications will be launched in the Asian Games Village soon. They cover online consultation, translation, electronic guide of the Asian Games Village, 5G, AI, metaverse empowerment fitness experience, mobile cloud VR experience system, AR smart bus, etc.

Thereinto, the electronic guide map of the Asian Games Village will offer the village information guide and navigation to the relevant personnel. In the aspect of watching the event, the mobile cloud AR experience area is added in combination with the existing live event screen of the Asian Games Village Residential Service Centre, to achieve the immersive VR watching. Moreover, it is planned to build the cloud VR experience area in the lobby of the village residential service centre. In the aspect of travel experience, Automatic Driving AR Smart Bus will shuttle in Athletes Village and Media Village of Asian Games Village, and provide the domestic & overseas athletes and media with the AR experience of technological achievements. At present, AR Smart Bus has completed the preliminary planning of operation streamline.

On January 4, Chen Weiqiang as the deputy secretary general of Hangzhou Asian Games Organising Committee and the deputy mayor of Hangzhou City led the team to visit the Asian Games Village for investigation, and fully affirmed the preparations for the intelligent construction of the Asian Games Village at the present stage. He stated that, in addition to scientific and technological interaction, the village would provide the exhibition space for exotic culture, and stage the wonderful event, colorful culture and splendid communication.
