Another esports feast unveiled in China Hangzhou Esports Centre

On November 30, the 2022 TGA Winter Finals kicked off in China Hangzhou Esports Centre, covering 15 events involved in 12 sports. It was the first comprehensive esports event held in the esports centre.

At the opening ceremony, Ma Long, the table tennis grand slam winner, sent a message in form of video. After deeply learning about esports, he believes that esports players are a group of young people full of struggling spirit.

Esports will be the official competition event of the Asian Games next year. The competition has determined seven disciplines in total. Among them, including League of Legends, Arena of Valor Asian Games, Peace Elite Asian Games and FIFA Online 4, four events that have become the esports events of Hangzhou Asian Games, are tested in two dimensions of event technology and venue operation from November 30 to December 7. The competition strictly follows the official event standards of the Asian Games, and fully tests the event operation ability in comprehensive event transfer, network environment, event supervision, team configuration and other aspects, to escort the success of the grand event to be held next year.
