Next year, esports will be an official event of the Asian Games for the first time and make debut in Hangzhou. Recently, Hangzhou has released the relevant policies to support the development of esports. On November 28, Hangzhou Mind Sports College announced to recruit the esports coach that was the first position entering the establishment of public institutions in Zhejiang.

This is a new attempt for Hangzhou to introduce high-level esports talents, which promotes the professional and standardized development of esports education, cultivates more excellent esports players, attracts more people to participate in the esports industry, and realizes the cognitive transformation of the public from games to careers.

It is worth mentioning that the school adopts the teaching mode combining half-day cultural courses with half-day specialized courses, and no longer separates cultural education from physical education, to boost the development of students in an all-round way.
