People entering the accessible toilet can "listen to the sound of the location". Braille buttons are within the reach of visitors in the elevator of the venue. There are the special accessible seats for impaired citizens in the competition venue. Recently, Hangzhou Xiaoshan District Disabled Persons' Federation and related impaired citizens formed a team to visit Xiaoshan Sports Centre and other venues so as to experience the barrier-free travel.

At the entrance of Xiaoshan District Sports Centre Venue, Supervisor Yao Yudian in the wheelchair arrived at the top of the barrier-free ramp without many efforts. There are handrails, braille buttons, call buttons and so on in the elevator of the venue. These buttons are easily accessible, suitable for the people in the wheelchairs. The accessible seats in the competition venue are particularly conspicuous and they are very spacious with good viewing position. Moreover, the height of the railing is carefully lowered to provide more comfortable view experience for impaired spectators. Considering their limited mobility, the accessible toilets are not far from the seats, which can make the experience team feel surprised.

The construction of the barrier-free environment is a symbol of the national and social civilization. The barrier-free travel is also the wish of every impaired citizen to go out of the house and enjoy the Asian Games. Every gentle ramp and solid handrail in the venue can convey the warmth and care in the design. During the process of experience, it was pointed out that there were still some deficiencies in the construction of barrier-free facilities, which would urge Hangzhou to pay more attention to details in the construction of the barrier-free environment.
