Lin'an Sports Culture & Exhibition Centre will hold taekwondo and wrestling events of Asian Games Hangzhou 2022. The biggest highlights of this venue are energy saving and intelligence.

The design of the venue fully embodies the concept of green and energy saving. What can be seen on the roof is not light, but natural lighting tube system, which is able to collect sunlight, meeting the lighting needs in the venue without power supply. In the main venue, the lighting tubes introduce natural light into the room, and automatically adjust artificial lighting according to the conditions, so as to save energy and improve lighting comfort.

Smart Asian Games is also a featured highlight of Lin'an Asian Games Venue. The venue is provided with a series of intelligent systems, such as Automatic Access Control Identification System. A robot is also introduced. It is called "Xiaoxin", who can connect to the data cockpit and grasp the operation and maintenance of the venue in a real-time manner, including energy consumption, air quality, and electricity consumption.
