The Gongshu Canal Sports Park was officially announced to open to public in November. It attracted many Hangzhou citizens visiting in advance on last weekend. Some teenagers went skating at the skate park.

The park is located in Gongshu district of Hangzhou, East China's Zhejiang province, covering an area of 701 mu (46.73 hectares) and a total construction area of 185,000 sq meters.

It is Zhejiang's first comprehensive urban sports park integrating indoor stadium, park, playground and commercial facilities.

A table tennis test match will be held in the park from Nov 12 to 14.

It will undertake the competitive events of table tennis and field hockey in Asian Games Hangzhou 2022.
