Organized by the 19th Asian Games Hangzhou 2022 Organizing Committee, 30 Hangzhou citizens visited the gymnasium of Hangzhou Normal University (Cangqian Campus), the venue for volleyball events of Hangzhou Asian Games, recently.

The venue is 29.7 meters high, equipped with 8,033 seats. There are two huge screens equipped with 4K Ultra HD, which can bring high-quality watching experience.

Zheng Huafu, deputy director of campus construction department of Hangzhou Normal University, said that the venue construction adheres to the underlying philosophy of thriftiness in Hangzhou Asian Games. It uses pre-existing facilities and is cost-effectively.

"Many materials for sports events can be reused. After the competition, it will be used again in other activities," he said.
